Plot summary: 大ロゥマ帝国とサーサーン朝という二大強国に挟まれた小さなオアシス都市「パルミュラ」。その国の実力者の娘で、お転婆としても知られるお嬢様‘ウァバラトゥ’に、砂漠で行き倒れている所を救われた‘ユージ（主人公）’は、和平使節団の代表である彼女と共にサーサーン朝へ向かっていた。だが、お転婆お嬢様・ウァバが、大人しくサーサーン朝へ向かうハズもなく、一時の自由を満喫しようと、お忍びで使節団を抜け出した。しかし、運悪く奴隷商人と遭遇してしまったウァバとユージは、囚われの身になってしまい…。
