Step 2: How to make game RUN:
After installing the game, without any touch, you will see this windows when double click on the shortcut to the game:
Don’t worry, you can see the solution inside つ (NoActi EXE) AlphaActivation汎用 signup tool 100723版 110729亜&.rar (included inside this article).
- Extract it you will get EXE file named: alsignup_act_100723_110729.exe
- Double Click on alsignup_act_100723_110729.exe you will see the following windows
DO NOT PRESS OK BUTTON. JUST DOUBLE CLICK ON SHORTCUT TO THE GAME (RUN THE GAME). AND NOW EVERYTHING IS UNDER CONTROL :D (After that, if another small windows appears, just OK to close it. Don’t worry, it does not take an effect on playing the game).
Step 3: CHEER!!! Now you can run the game normally! Hope you can finish it in few minutes \m/ Good luck :D

nope sorry the step 2 doesnt happen instead appear a error saying
[1911] something in japanese and thats why since serial never opens activations is useless since the problem seems to begin with is that i cannot even open the game exe
@Foxzero: You got that error when trying to open the Game directly or run the EXE file: alsignup_act_100723_110729.exe ?????
Mugen.exe i mean the game exe – it opens the 1911 error window instead of open Serial activation window
Oh, i don’t see any windows like it when I installed the game. Did you try open the file alsignup_act_100723_110729.exe before, and then run the game (as I mentioned above)? (run alsignup_act_100723_110729.exe first but do not close it and run the game).

yep i did all and still dont open the serial activation window oh well i gave up i hope someone one day would me a simplly no dvd exe XD
