Sorry for this delay. I tried this game and see everything was fine :) Maybe you got some errors when installed it. Do this guide and let me know if it works.
1. Make sure you have this step done: http://es.nyaal.com/-/?page_id=2660
2. Uninstall this game (you have installed it before).
3. Try to install this game in other location on your HDD.
4. Play it!
