1- You better turn off any application server like: Apache, nginx, Firewall and Antivirus software to avoid those program from blocking Keygen and steps below
2- Keymaker.exe is a tool to generate a Serial for installation, use Serial you got to install the game
3- Before starting game, go to Start -> Run or hit Windows button + R, type “notepad C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts” to open and edit hosts file by Notepad, you can back up this file if you are careful person
4- In hosts file, at the bottom, separately line and add “127.0.0.1 primel.chips.jp“, save the change
5- Hit Start -> Run, type cmd to open Command Line, type “ping primel.chips.jp” to see if IP Address changed to 127.0.0.1 or not, back to (4) if result is 203.xxx.xxx.xxx
6- Run server.exe inside server folder first, run the game after that
