「渡辺瞬」は都内学園に通う３年生である。学力は人並みだが、ひ弱で女性的な容姿と、臆病な性格はしばしば苛めの対象にもなった。かといって、非行に走るわけでも、引きこもりになるわけでもなく、ときおり彼をからかう悪友はいるものの、日々平穏な生活を過ごしているごく平凡な学生だった。
しかし、そんな彼の平穏な生活も、３年の春に新たに学園に赴任してきた女教師「園川香澄」によって打ち消されてしまう。美しく清らかな女教師香澄を前にすると、ただでさえ臆病な性格はより一層拍車を掛けられ、まともに舌を動かすことすらままならなくなってしまう。
ここまでなら、誰でも経験のある「年上の女性への憧れ」で済んだことかもしれない・・・しかし、憧れの先生、園川香澄の許婚が最低最悪の教師「津積芳治」と知ったところから、物語は動き始めるのであった。
