主人公はこの春に「星藤学園（せいとうがくえん）」に入学した1年生で、現在は「天文同好会」に所属している。天文同好会は、主人公にとって元家庭教師にして憧れの従姉である「楠原琴音（くすはら ことね）」が設立した同好会であり、主人公は個性豊かなメンバーに囲まれ、にぎやかながらものんびりした学園生活を送ることに。
しかし夏が近づくにつれ、主人公の周りでは恋の気運が高まっていく。1年生が学園生活に慣れ始めるこの頃、友人たちにはそれぞれ「気になる片想い」が現れる。そうこうしているうちに学園では、夏休みをむかえ、そして秋には文化祭が、さらには上級生には卒業の足音が。 主人公の憧れは、そして「片想い」は…。
主人公たちが通う星藤学園は、星のきれいな街として知られる「星藤町（ほしふじちょう）」にある近隣でも有名な進学校。本作ではこの星藤学園と星藤町を舞台に学園ドラマが進行していく。
