A war had continued for a long long time in a certain country. With peace and order lost, it was no longer the happiest country in the world and poor people filled the streets. その彼に与えられた新たな任地は、血と泥と埃に塗れた戦場ではなく、ほのかな香水の香りと、煌びやかな装飾に囲まれた館。
ワガママと名高い皇女殿下のお守り役だった。
世情とは無縁の館で、日々を優雅に過ごす彼女。
それは世間知らずであるからなのか、それともすべてを悟ってのことなのか……。
